We recommend that you choose 60 minutes or 75 minutes for your first massage. The first appointment needs to be long enough to allow our Registered Massage Therapist to get to know you, assess your condition, and make a customized treatment plan. This session also includes your first massage therapy treatment and instructions on home care for your condition.
